The Queen’s Gambit was adapted by Frank and Allan Scott from the eponymous novel by Walter Travis , published in 1983 (nineteen eighty-three).

Allan Scott had even acquired the screen adaption right .

It almost took 30 years to see The Queen’s Gambit adapted on a large  screen and become this acclaimed miniseries on Netflix.

This series is awesome!!!
